[He watched, astounded, as Walt cleaned off his own fingers. Consumption. Wasn't that a running theme in Chilton's nightmares? Cannibalism was a form of domination, he had once said of Hannibal -- and that remained true, here, even if Walt wasn't quite as literal in his destruction. But Chilton felt cannibalized, just as much as he felt exposed and weakened.

He swallowed, glanced towards his lap, and tended to buckling back his belt.

[Chilton was in shock -- and yes, awe -- over that stated fact. He thought he had Walter White all figured out up to this point, with a name to every string he'd pull. Chilton reached over and fumbled for his glass, lifting it to his lips. His hand shook until he swallowed.]
